Is Chin Injury Causing Dizziness Serious?

2 year old slipped and hit chin on edge of bathtub. About 10 minutes later she became really tired and fell asleep on her bed for about 20 minutes. During this sleep she vomited. She has been awake for about 1 hour now and is playing around. She is not stumbling or acting dizzy. She has been running around and jabbering and taking breaks to lay on the couch. Should we take her to the ER?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and this is the rule, as I keep saying that any head injury should be kept under the observation at least for 48 hours because any thing could happens during this time period, so in my opinion get done the clinical examination, go to ER, have a nice day.
