Is Cetaphin Xr A Safe Medicine To Treat Diabetes?
i hav diabetes for the past two years recently i tested my sugar and the result was 204 random glucose level i never took medicine for diabetes but recently doctor advised me to take cetapin xr 500 mg daily after dinner. he says this medicine is not harmful. this medicine is given for mild diabetes. is this true

Thanks for asking to Healthcaremagic.Cetapin xr 500 mg, trade name of the drug Metformin not harmful rather helpful in obese patients who are diabetic .According to me,what your treating physician has done is fine, starting with safer drugs when your lifestyle doesn't control the sugar levels.Hope this information helps you.take care
