i had a a short sting of cocaine use a few weeks back that landed me in the er with what i was told was a panic attack. I followed up with my doctor who first prescribed me .25 mg of xanax 2 times per day and a week later with no changes just more and more frequient attacks yje doctor put me on .50 mg 3 times a day. The only way I seem to be able to stay away from attacks is if I take 6-7 .50 mg xanax per day and want to know if this is a dangerous amount? Since I have had to increase my dosage I will now run out of medication tomorow so I have made another appointment but seem to panic at the though that she will no prescribe me anymore is that a normal thought or anxiety?
