Is A White Mark On My Skin Related To Vitiligo?

hai my name is Rmm.a. I am having a small white mark on my leg, and i had that mark from my birth, it is not spreading. my mom told that it is birth mark. and my dad has vitiligo. i had some questions. do i have vitiligo? if not.. my children will be getting this skin disease?

Hi,

If the depigmented patch is since birth,then it is birth mark ..nevus depigmentosus. It is not vitiligo,so do not worry. It is difficult to say ,whether your children get the vitiligo or not. Leave it to nature..ok
