General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Kindly mention your full thyroid profile report

If thyroid hormone low with elevated TSH than it is hypothyroidism and levothyroxine effective in maintaining TSH value within limit

If no improvement noted in follow up than dose of levothyroxine can be increased..

Basically every drug containing levothyroxine can be prescribed

If no improvement with even increased dose than hypothalamic and pituitary cause ruled out by MRI like investigation if needed According to thyroid report

According to TSH level dose of levothyroxine adjusted

Take care

Consult physician or endocrinologist for examination

Hope your concern solved
