Is Prolomet Or Indotel A Better Medication For Bp?
Sir, My BP is always in the range of 160/100 and pulse rate more than 90 to 120.Doctor from Whokardt prescribed me Prolomet XL 100 and Indotel AM 1 tablet each.I am taking the same since 1 year.Please advise if I have to use both the tablets regularly or shall I stop any one of them.

If your blood pressure are 160/100-they are pretty high.I were to add a mild dose of spirinolactone to achieve blood pressure goal.Suggest lifestyle changes - brisk walking, yoga, meditation and restrict salt intake(not more than 2g/day).Hope with these few tips your blood pressure comes under control.All the best.
