I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
PCOS is a complex disease and cause hormonal imbalance and insulin resistance.

Progyluton is safe and used to regularize the period. Other drugs like metformin and progesterone pill in the second half of the period can be used to regularize the period. So use progyluton tablet under the advice of gynecologist with regular follow up

Reduce 10% to 12% weight by doing regular exercise.
Avoid excessive sweet/salt/oily food in the diet.
Take small frequent meal rather than large meal.
Avoid stress and drink plenty of water.
