Hello
You kissed and licked her vagina .
She, your friend is HIV positive .
Only there were two encounters for risk factors as these are :
Kissing
Licking of vagina .
Presumed that there was not another way of sexual relation .
Although HIV can be isolated typically in low titers from saliva of a small proportion of infected individuals ( as your partner is HIV infected , mind it I mentioned ISOLATED ), there is NO CONVINCING EVIDENCE that saliva can transmit HIV infection , either through kissing or other exposure by oral route.
Saliva contains endogenous antiviral factors;among these factors , HIV-specific immunoglobulins of IgA , IgG & IgM isotypes are detected readily in salivary secretions of INFECTED INDIVIDUALS ( so clearly mentioned that antiviral factors present in saliva , so can't transmit HIV ).
I don't recommend any test for HIV infection.
But you are so scared so get in rapid P 24 NUCLEIC ACID AMPLIFICATION test ( PCR , RNA ) for confirmation after 2 weeks of initial contract.
Good luck.
