Hi,

Thanks for your question .

After going through your question, I can understand your concern.

There is most likely possibility of NASH (Non Alcoholic Steato-Hepatitis) in your case, if you are not taking alcohol.

It is due to insulin resistance ie. Increased insulin requirement of body cells to utilize blood glucose.

It is usually associated with -
- Obesity as in your case. Considering your height and weight your Body Mass Index (BMI) is more than 30.
- Dyslipidemia.
- Elevated Liver enzymes as in your case.
- Fatty Liver on Ultrasonography.
- Impaired blood glucose levels.

It may be advisable to do following investigation -
- Lipid Profile.
- Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) with insulin level.
- T3, T4, TSH.
- Urine examination.
- Calcium metabolism.

Depending upon it need for further evaluation can be taken.

Cap Evion is a Vitamin E supplement it is a nutritional supplement rather than medicine.

Main treatment I'm your case is to treat insulin resistance.
- Weight reduction.
- Calories and fat restricted diet.
- Regular exercise.
- If indicated use of Medicine like Metformin or Pioglitazone.
- Use of Lipid lowering medicine according to Lipid Profile.

You should consult endocrinologist or gastroenterologist.

Hope this helps you, if so do vote as helpful.
