Is Clarithromycin Advisable For UTI?

Can I take apo clarithromycin 500mg for an urinary tract infection ?
Othewise how can I treat mysefl without medication. I'm 37 y/0 it's my first. I've been under antibiotique for some sinus problem. Tha'ts probably why I have the urinary tract infection.

Taking in consideration that you have been using antibiotics recently I suggest you to do a uroculture to determine the right antibiotic that works for you.
Clarithromycine is a macrolide class and is not typically used for UTI.
You should take lots of fluids especially cranberry juice and tea because it is a great urinary. disinfectant.
