General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Candid B cream contains a medication that treats fungal infection and one that treats eczema. In your case, having an echo in the ear, very likely the problem is due to a problem with the middle ear and the cream will not be helpful as it does not reach there.

I would advise you to see an ENT doctor and have a careful examination of the ear and eardrums and also a tympanogram and audiogram.
These will determine if your symptoms are due to lesions in the middle ear or due to the Eustachian tubes being blocked and will further determine the needed treatment.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.
