Irregular Periods With Pain. Scanning Shows Enlarged Uterus, Anteverted, Collection Of 1.2*1.2cm In Cervical Polyp. Advice

my wife is getting pain and tired free& irrugular bleeding.took scan report which shows uterus appeared enlarged.
collection of 1.2*1.2 cm seen in the cervical region polyp
uterus measured 8.60 *7.20*6.0cms.uterus is anteverted. cavity echo appeared normal right ovary not imaged
right adnexa appeared normal. left ovary not imaged.left adnexa appeared normal.

thanx for the query.
ur ireegular bleeding is because of polyp only.
plz get yourself evaluated by a doctor.she might require removal of polyp as it is affecting her health too.
also her d and c should be done in order to rule out any problems with the uterus.
