Hello
Most common cause of white discharge in urine is phosphaturia, a condition in which there is excess amount of phosphate in urine. It is a benign condition and usually improves by increasing fluid intake.
This may also be due to UTI or some other secretion in urine.
As there is history for last 4 months and no symptoms are suggestive of UTI most likely it is phosphaturia. Even then I would suggest you to consult a doctor to get a urine examination done. An USG examination may also be needed to rule out some congenital abnormalities as this occurs when stresses.
Regards
