Diagnosed With Proximal Renal Tubular Acidosis With Phosphaturia. On Neutral Phosphate And Sodium Carbonate. Have Osteoarthritis
Hello Doctor ! I am 35 years old male, previously diagonosed as proximal renal tubular acidosis with phosphaturia and hypophosphatemia since treatment from 1996 and on neutral phosphate and sodium bicarbonate supplimentation for last 17 years. Recently stopped all the medication for last six months and during review the following results are found :
sodium- 139 m mole/lt,pottasium 4.4 m mole/lt, bicarbonate- 26m mole/ lt calcium 9.2 mg%, phosphate 3.5 mg%,chloride 100m mole/lt,creatinine 1.06 mg%,uric acid 6.6 mg%,magnesium 1.83 mg%, Vitamin D 12.73
24 hours Urine :Calcium 311 mg, Phosphorus 467 mg,protein 111 mg
Morning Urine PH 6.03, Blood PH 7.431
I am also having Fatty liver, the LFT result is billirubin 0.4,Protein 7.2, Albumin 4.7SGOT 39, SGPT 62, The Ceruloplasmin 613 U/L and 24 hours urin copper 186 ug/24 hours, KF ring is absent in Eye.
The X Ray of the knee suggests ostreo arthraritis.
Presently I am having severe pain in all joints ,bone and muscle specially knee and soulder.
Also I am experiencing pin pricking type pain in palm and foot with occational numbness.
Please suggest the remedy based on the above diagonistics.

The renal; disease that you are having is likely to aggravate the osteoporosis. You need to add calcium and vitamin D 3 supplements after consulting with your orthopedician.
