Infant Has Undergone Sunnath Operation. Has Water Storage In Kidney And Asked For Operation. Its Draining. Suggest?

Hi, My 4 months old baby has undergone sunnath operation.

He has water storage in his kidneys. Dr. said he should have a kidney operation. But as per latest scan, it is draining up little by little. so dr. suggested for sunnath and if requires can operate in his 1st year.

I really feel bad whenever i look at his penis.
is this sunnath will really help him?
will doctors put stitches in penis for this operation?
why should we remove the penis skin? if so, will the possibilities for infection is more?
why should we change the normal natural function?

Hi, first the doctors thought that it is the effect of kidney, so thought surgery over the kidney may be necessory.
Now probably the fore skin is closing the urethra, so they thought that it may be suffecient.
Sunthy is a common surgery for all the male children in one community, and it is a normal operation, and it wont do any harm to the person done .
If it is relieved by this surgery, a serius, major operation over the kidney may not be necessory. Thank you.
