Increased Density, Right Upper Lung Field. What Should Be Done?

the trachea is midline.there is increased density in the right upper lung field. the cardiac shadow is not enlarged. the diaphragm and costrophremic sulsi are intact. the soft tissues bony thorax are unremarkable.conclusion: increased density, right upper lung field

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Chest X-ray showing increased density in the right upper lung field with trachea in mid line suggest pneumonia in right upper lobe . Investigation like complete blood count,sputum culture and sensitivity test and a course of Broad-spectrum antibiotic for 5-7 days would be justified.
