Inability to sustain erection. What could be the reason?

hi iam 26 years old and i cant seem to sustain an erection i i want to know what is the cause of this. its like when i go to have sex iam watching myself try to get an erection or wondering why am i not erect yet when i masturbate it doesn t even get fully erect like it used to in my teens. i have no morning wood at all when i try to get an erection sometimes its like i have to try to concentrate hard to get it up then i start to watch it to see if it will stay up then it just dies out..does masturbation or porn have any effect on this problem i mean i watch porn and masturbated in my teens but i dont think i did it excessively just normal as any teenager i still do sometimes..bottom line i want to get to now what is causing this issue

There are many causes of erectile dysfunction like mainly psychological, smoking, stress, neurogenic disorders or any other systemic diseases.

Masturbation doesn't cause erectile dysfunction.

I advise you to avoid the precipitating factors mentioned above.

If no improvement then consult your doctor for detailed evaluation.
