hi i m 32 weeks pregnant this is my 2nd pregnancy ,my 1st i had twins at 34 weeks,ive had lower back pain coming and going for the last two days am i going into labour

As you had last delivery at 34 weeks but at that you had twins so it can be expected.This time you may go for full term.
But your symptoms are of labour pain.
Consult your obst,get ultra sound done.
Avoid constipation.
