I have been using Dipsalic ointment continuosly for past 2 years.This has improved my skin tone.THe only side effect i observed is skin lightening.I have become fair than before.WOuld i have any hidden disorders inside my body due to this continued application.If i continue to use this ointment will there be any furthermore hazardous effect in my body?

Long term use of Dipsalic is not advised for cosmetic purposes.It can cause local skin irritation,thinning,burning,rashes,striae formation,dry and sensitive skin.Systemic effects due to absorption of the steroids can lead to cushing like symptoms or adrenal problems,increased intracranial tension and suppression of growth in children,nausea,anorexia,drowsiness,irregular periods,acne,and unusual icrease or loss of hair.
