General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
There are degenerative changes in your cervical vertebrae producing nerve pressure and irritation on passing nerves giving rise to your these problems.
There is no cure for these changes but it can be prevented by physiotherapy and other measures.
Go for physiotherapy, cervical traction and diathermy as advised by your orthopedic surgeon.
Take branded Calcium, vitamin D and A.
Ok and bye.
