If i smoke and not eat properly, what is the chances to get heart attack? i am 15

i want to know the chances on having a heart attack and i will include the most significant details to recieve the most accurate answer. - i am 15 years old - i smoked weed 25 times - i dont eat really healthy( not bad but not a expert healthy eater i eat alot of fruits, no vegatables w/e for supper but eat salty snacks ) or exercise at all - i do not have any heart conditions - dont have any heart dieseases in the family (but my pop did have a enlarged heart) - i am sort of paranoid - i always feel feeling in my heart. not very painful ones but weird feelings. sometimes i do get sharp pains in my chest but its supposedly normal its just gas (correct me if im wrong) - i eat things with high sodium sometimes (chesters corn twists and sometimes salt my food) please be brutually honest.

If you were 40, I'd say you might be at risk, but you're only 15. However, what you're doing now is setting yourself up for being that 40-year-old who is at risk. The weed has absolutely nothing to do with it; it will not harm you. You really need to try to eat some fruits and vegetables...the high sodium isn't a big deal unless you eat high sodium foods daily. I'd say it's normal to sometimes feel gas pain in your chest but if it's happening a lot maybe you have heartburn and need something to help calm your digestive system.

Dear Doctor

My results came back from a chest Xray and the impression was borderline cardiomegaly with no acute abnormality. I am female, 69, have a history of asthma, have been a runner/walker for 25+ years, and have had a pacemaker for 1 & 1/2 years. Should I be concerned about this?
