I can understand your concern.
Pitysoriasis is chronic skin disease.
Broken glass attenuation (ground glass opacities - GGO) on CT scan is commonly seen with lung inflammation.
Both of them are seen with connective tissue diseases (CTD).
So in my opinion, you should get done Serum ANA level and detailed ANA profile. If both these are negative then these are not connected.
If ANA is positive then possibility of CTD is more likely.
