I Want To Reduce 10 Kgs Fast.Shall I Increase My Exercise?

hello doctor .I need ur advice pls.I am 21 yrs girl,60 kgs,5.2 inches. i started exercising 4 days back. i skip rope in mrng (2000 jumps), n ride stationary bike in evening(30 minutes). bt despite all this i gained 2 kgs in 4 days..i am drinking 2 litres water also everyday.. doctor plz guide me, i am really confused, y am i gaining weight? Shall i increase my exercise? I want to reduce 10 kgs fast.

thanks for the query
your body mass index is 24.03. its on higher side. you may have taken more food in the recent days. because when you start exercise your metabolism increases.and you start taking more calorie.
but dont worry. its the diet important not dieting.
just follow some tips-
Don't have tea/ coffee first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Instead start the day with fruits/ dry fruits/ milk
Eat every two hours. it will increase your metabolism
Eat more when more active, less when less active.
Eat 2 hours prior to bedtime.if possible take veg soup in night
Eat full fat version instead of low fat substitute.
Get consistent with working out. 45 min every alternate day is more than enough.
add yoga to daily regimen. pranayam is very helpful
avoid red meat. take a lot of green leafy vegetable
Eat healthy, wholesome and fresh food made in home. Avoid packaged foods.
Say no to juices. Eat the whole fruit instead.
drink alot of water. be happy all time. avoid stress. take good sleep
try to follow it strictly. dont try to reduce sudden.you will loose your weight gradually which is good for your health
if all these dont work then go for some blood hormone tests like thyroid profile, LH AND FSH

i advice you for thyroid profile. gaining 2 kg in one day is highly unlikely. please recheck your weight. and also consult dietician.

yes,sudden exercises and exertion increses weight so no need to worry,,go for simple plan ....crush 4 amla and make paste ,mix it with one glass of leukwarm water .drink it daily empty stomach for 15 days.do yoga like kapal bhati ,tadasana.for weight management.

In spite of your exercise you are putting wait because not only exercise helps to
reduce wt but dietary restrictions are equally important.Because of exercise you
must be feeling hungry and not taking care of diet.Take plenty of green leafy
vegetable,excess salad and low calori fruites like apple,watermelon,orange etc.Cut
down your other diet by atleast by 25 %.Avoid excess tea coffe, sugar,cold beverages,ice cream,fatty foods etc will give you more help. Thanks
