I m an 18 year old female and weigh 110 and stand 5 1 tall. im only looking to lose 10 pounds. I exercise 3-5 times a week for around 45 mins. or more, i watch what i eat but let myself have what im craving just not go over board with it! i have reached a weight loss plateau it seems like nothing i do is making me lose those last 10 pounds! any thoughts, suggestions, commentaries? is this safe?!!
