If the pain is severe, visit a orthopedician for an examination.
If its mild or has reduced since y'day , you can just take some rest, hot fomentation & pain killer med for pain relief, gentle
massage is also helpful.Avoid bending, lifting and exertion for a week atleast.
Homeopathic med RHUS TOX 1 M * one dose, will be useful.
Next time when you do an exercise/acitivity, do little at a time, and increase it gradually.
Also , since you are 58, some routine tests and a
bone density chk will be a good idea.
