I often sprain my wrists and ankles with minimal effort. what could be the reason ?

I often sprain my wrists and ankles with minimal effort whever i do anythin. I allways try to stretch properely. is their any thing i couold do to prevent this. Thanks

Hi.. If you are ligaments that support the tendons are weak you would be prone to have recurrent joint sprains.. The more recurrent your symptoms occur the more weaker the ligaments can become.. Hence good and adequate rest is essential in times of injuries.. You can use joint support products to suppport these joints and reduce the chances of injuries..
