Hi Ayushman. Thanks for your Query and For using Health Care Magic
Normal Blood Pressure for adults of all age and weight is less than or equal to 130/80 mm of Hg
Between 130-140/80 - 90 mm of Hg; we call it Borderline Blood Pressure
Anything above 140/90 is called
Hypertension and needs medicines
Your BP is around 130/90 most of the times.
Its on the borderline as of now.
A few changes in your lifestyle will help you to bring it to normal.
1. Restrict Salt - you are doing so - Good; So no to salted biscuits/chips/pickle/papads etc.
2. Regular Exercise such as brisk walking and jogging will help to reduce your BP by 8 - 10 points.
3. You need to reduce a little of your weight. Try to bring it to 5 and this will help to reduce your BP too.
4. Sleep for atleast 8 hours and no night outs.
With this you should be fine
Hope this answers your query
Thanks and Regards
Dr Kiran
