I Have Polio Attack On My Right Leg. Is There Any Treatment Available To Cure This ?

Hi, I am from Bangalore. i have polio attack on my right leg. i don feel any pain. Everything is normal in my right leg. But its too weak. My right thigh is very small when compared to left thigh and my right leg is shorter than left one.I am fine with this but while walking r running you can see the difference. So is there any treatment available to cure this ?

Thanks for query,
As damaged done by polio is permanent,there is no cure.wasting of the muscles remains for ever.
regular exercise,like swimming will make remaining muscle mass active and good circulation.
Take high protein diet,fresh fruits and multivitamin supplements.
