I Have Had Severe Pain Between My Shoulder Blades, How To Get Rid Of It ?

I have had severe pain between my shoulder blades, off and on for 5 years,I have felt it creeping up my body,now I have neck to shoulder pain, and numbness in my upper arm,about once a month my arms suddenly tremble and something washes over me from my upper chest for seconds, I am always very tired after this, can you please advise, it s quite scarey thanx Maureen

hi,

your symptoms indicates muscular spasm as well, alongwith some cervical nerve compression. do follow above measures and regular physiotherapy(must) will help you in this.
Do consult a Physiotherapist and do follow him.

Dear Maureen,your symptoms are suggestive of some nerve irritation or compression.The cause may your faulty sleeping style,work style.too much use of computer in improper way,use of cell phones etc.You may need a x ray of cervical spine to know this.pl .see your doctor.in mean time avoid heavy weight lifting.Stop using multiple pillows while sleeping.And ir your are over weight reduce your weight.Exercises goes a long way and are very useful in such conditions so start them after consulting your doctor on regular basis.
