ive got a headache at the front of my head, pressure behind my eyes and difficulty breathing. ive got a headache at the front of my head, pressure behind my eyes and difficulty breathing. ive got a blocked nose but its not runny, its just difficult to breath through. its got me worried incase ive got a brain tumor or something.

Hi,
This is typical of frontal sinusitis, get a x-ray of paranasal sinuses done. Till then take pain killers like Ibuprofen/diclofenac, do steam inhalation and drink plenty of warm water.

thank you ao much for that! sometimes i get this strange sensation in my head where the front of my head feels like its revolving and i thought i was going to fit. could this just be because not enough oxygen is gettin to my brain because of my nose? it made me feel sick and sometimes when i cant breath i get worried and feel quite sick.

i believe it is nothing more than sinusitis. steam inhalation with cap. Karvol in it will loosen the sticky matter and make the nasal passage patent.
cure your cold with medicines like maha lakshami vilas ras swarn yukat & godanti bhasam. To be taken with hot water. avoid exposure to cold or taking of cold things.
Tea made from ginger and tulsi also gives some relief.
consumption of hot milk with turmeric and honey in it offers long time immunity from cold.
