folic acid. Numbness in leg can be due to
vitamin B12 deficiency,
diabetes,
thyroid disease or spinal and neurological causes like sciatica. You need to consult a physician. Take some vitamin B 12 supplements and Iron pills and if the symptoms persist then get the other causes investigated.
