I Have A Severe Headache, Should I Go To The ER ?

Ok so i had chest pain that lasted for about an hr then the pain went away and now i have a severe headache but the pain it at the top right side of my head. Could this be associated with my heart? Should i go to the Er? i took an asprin like an gr ago and the pain is only on the right side of my head. the chest pain went away now all i have is the head pain...

Go to the ER, it may be heart related, it might be something else. That happened to me once, I throw up 3 or 4 times in a hour, had chest pains and a massive headache, it turned out to be arthritis in the neck, after the checkup and pain medication for night was at work the next day with no problems. It can be almost anything, so just go to be safe.
