i have pain in my upper back near my right shoulder blade!! i have back problems. it started about a year or so ago. when i would make sudden movements i would get a sharp pain in my upper back near my right shoulder blade. Recently, its been hurting even more often. For about the last 8 months, its been hurting constantly. Sometimes during the day, sometimes before i go to sleep at night. Ive been having to take advil almost every day. It helps temporarily but then next day it starts hurting again. Im not a very active person. Although I've tried exercising when it starts to hurt, but it doesnt seem to help so i stop doing it. Ive heard it could be a pinched nerve for a disc being out of place but i dont know what i could have been doing to pop anything out of place. Like i said, im not very active. I havent been to the doctor yet but im starting to seriously consider it because im just so tired of having to take advil everyday. do you know whats wrong with me or what i should do?? HELP!! PLEASE!
