Welcome to Healthcare Magic

If you take diet rich in carbohydrates like rice, dosa, sweet food, many tea coffee with sugar, the blood sugar levels will fluctuate. Avoid these food. Eat more of wheat, oats, pulses, cereals, fresh fruits and vegetables, plenty of water. Exercise by brisk walking daily for 40 minutes a day. You have do not check your blood sugar add odd times of the day, because immediately after meal blood sugar can rise high depending on food. You need proper method to diagnose by doing OGTT test and HBA1C test. Then you will know your blood sugar control and if you need medicines or not. Are you taking any medicine now.

Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

You are experiencing Irregular blood sugars. You mostly may need drugs for the treatment. You can still continue maintaining your sugars with exercise and diet.Sugars fluctuate when you take high carb food , irregular meals and if there is any infection or stress on your body. Please get a Glucose tolerance test along with HbA1C done to know the control of your sugars for the past three months. Please see your Physician or Diabetologist and get appropriate treatment.
