Hello. I m Married 25 Yrs.I need help regarding my health condition.Planning for Pregnancy. I get Irregular Periods. (Last Report)2 months back My Transabdominal and transvaginal scanning showed an anteverted normal uterus with homogeneous myometrium and a 2mm thick endometrium . Greater than follicles are seen in both ovaries and there is no dominent follicle. Have Polycystic ovaries.no adnexal masses or fluid are seen. My Previous Ultrasound (last but one)Report is Uterus measures 65*32*37mm, in normal size and echotexture. Myometrial andendometrial echoes are well seen and appear normal. Endometrial thickness is 5.5mm Right ovary measures 39*32 mm(11 cc). Left ovary measures 42*25 mm(15 cc ) Evidence of multiply tiny peripheral follicles( 4-7 mm) noted in both ovaries,s/o Polycystic ovaries No evidence of free fluid seen in pelvis no evidence of dilated bowel loops. before thyroid treatment: blood sugar: 66 mg/dl( (Sep 2010) Insulin: 11.11 IU/ml (June 2010) Normal( Dec 2010) 1 May 2010 T3: 112 ng/dl T4: 5.60 ug/dl TSH: 0.01 ulU/ml 11 May 2010 FSH: 4.89 IU/ml TSH:0.30 IU/ml PRL : 12.04 ng/ml 14 Sep 2010 T3: 89 ng/dl T4: 5.20 ug/dl TSH: 14.36 IU/ml 16 Sep 2010 T3: 90.26 ng/dl T4: 6.0 ug/dl TSH: 11.86 IU/ml Started using Thyropill in Oct. after Thyroid medication it is normal. Have thyroid under control. Prevousily used Duphaston for regularising my periods.While using these pills my periods are regular now. I m on medication thyropill-50,follic acid 5 mg,Glycomet 500 mg(metformin).. I have started using these pills from October 2010. My last period is on 16th jan and expected date is 13th feb but started on 27th feb. Now my periods look like abnormal with little blood clots. Doctor suggested me to use Clome after 6 months from Day 2 to Day 6 along with duphaston from Day 18 for 10 days, can i start using them from now. May i know what happens if i use clome.By using all these pills what are the chances for getting pregnant.Will Polycystic ovaries effect on pregnancy. Is my case ok or Worst,do i need to get regular checkup s with a Gynocologist. Can i have Normal diet or should have any specific diet. I m Worried about my health.Need your help Doctor .
