Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
your problem seems to be anterior knee pain syndrome.you require through evaluation by a orthopedic surgeon preferably who is qualified in arthroscopy and sports medicine. regular exercise and medications for a short period may cure your disease at this stage. keeping it may lead to permenent changes in your articular cartilage .
