I get thick liquid during urination, what is it ?

thick liquid comes off my penis hole when I go to pee? Please, help me out! Not every time but most of the time when I go to PEE, it doesn t burn but why is it? what what is it? My age is 40, male,

The Fluid which comes out is nothing but Smegma. It is nothing serious, since you don't have pain or Burning sensation.
If you develop pain or Burning sensation or any other symptom, Kindly get yourself examined by a Urologist to rule out the exact cause. Since you are asymptomatic right now, You don't need any medicines.

     Certain infection of urinary bladder causes last part of urine to be thick .So get urine tested & also culture sensitivity done & proper treatment with with plenty of liquids will help you a lot.
