How To Treat Rashes On Vaginal Lips?

I m on antibiotics for bronchitis. I ve noticed redness on the edge of the vaginal lips and what I think is smegma near clitoris. No real discomfort but I don t want a yeast infection or bv. It s definitely tender maybe a little swollen I ve had problems with bv since gettung an iud. Anything I can do to prevent further irritation? I m on probiotics and was taking one dose of a bv antibiotic each month to hopefully ward off further bv as recommended by dr. Seems like taking two different antibiotics isn t the thing to do. Just don t want to develop further vaginal problems. In the past there was a symptom of dryness. Not the case this time. Oh and I m on my period. The joy!
