I Don't Have Bowel Movements. Used To Take Rolaids.

i used to take rolaids and they kept me cleaned out pretty good. now i can not have a good bowel movement at all, iam very bloated can not hardly eat because just a cracker will make me feel like my stomach is going to blow up. help me

You can take rolaids,or Omiprazole.
Avid fried ,spicy and junk food.
Take plenty of water,
Take more green veges and more fiber diet,
Avid constipation.
