I Am Pregnant .i Saw Greenish Jelly Stuff. Is It Infection

I am 17years old and 4 weeks pregnant yesterday after i used the bathroom; i saw some greenish jelly stuff on the toilet paper. Is this normal? Would it be because of a yeast infection or an STD???

Kindly report the same as soon as possible to your obstetrician.
Swab reports are needed for the correct antibiotic because it certainly is an infection.
