sir i am having running nose whenever when my head gets wet by water,oil and after having sex what is the problem i am having.this problem i am having for more than 7 to 8 years.please advice what treatment should i take

This is due to some allergy.
It colud be due to hair oil allergy.
There is no specific reason for it ,after a sex.
Go for anti allergic treatment.(montelukast with levocetrizine)
Consult your physician for better guidance.
