I am having a digestive problem, what should I do ?

hi i am 20 years old boy.I am having a digestive problem with very frequent belching for every 3 or 4 minutes. every time with very bad taste in throat like of some rotten food. and also I can feel some kind of food particles in throat. tell me plz what I should do for quick relief.thank you

its a clear case of gi reflux.take light small and frequent foods.drink water sufficiently.take more fibre diet and avoid junk food.proton pump inhibitors like pantop very helpful.

Dear, Your symtoms are suggestive of oesophageal reflux disease.Please go for a urea breath test some times you could be infected with H.pylori which causes bad odour.I also suggest to go for upper gastro oesophagoscopy & gastric Ph study if this is chronic..

please avoid spicy food,oil,alcohol,grams,tea,carbonated drinks,etc
take bland food.
Always sleep after 2hrs of your last meal.reduce your weight if over weight.

Your symptoms are suggestive of reflux ?

If you are infected clear Lower GI infections first

Avoid spicy meals and junk food and avoid taking anything 3 hours before going to bed

DO not wear tight clothes and avoid lifting weight
