welcome to healthcaremagic

0 figure may not be healthy figure

better will be a strong and healthy figure with standard weight

regular exercise and healthy balanced diet will help gaining it

for 0 figure -32inch hip and think how is it

a dietician will help you get a diet chart to attain 0 figure

welcome to Health Care Magic,
getting a zero figure is nice but not very healthy. you shouldf be aiming for a healthy & fit figure rather than too lean. you can take a dietecian advice but dont starve & become unhealthy in the proces. tkcr
