sir my wife had gone through a test Hysterosalpingography and the result comes out as : Radiological procedure- under all aseptic precaution 8ml of non-ionic contrast was introduced into the endometrial cavity. Imaging findings- 1) uterus is centrally placed,small contrast filling defect near left cornu.2) spillage of contrast seen on either side of peritoneal cavity .

Your wife's Hysterosalpingography report is saying Uterus is in normal position and both side tubes are patent. But there is a small filling defect near left side tube opening in uterine cavity, which is due to small mass, most commonly a fibroid. presence of fibroid near left cornu may affect sperm entry into tubes, though other side is patent and normal still she can conceive from other side.
