Hallow Dear,

Increased deposition of fat in the lower abdomen is known after any sort of pregnancy. To reduce this fat, you have to regularly do exercises. Please take an advice of a physiotherapist regarding the types of exercises you should do. If you are conversant with Yoga, Dhanurasan and Sooryanamaskar will help you control your belly.

In addition, restrict your fat intake and increase proteins intake; carbohydrates should be in moderate quantity. Have calculated caloric intake. Daily 1000 to 1500 calories should be fine for you.

This increased size of belly should not cause any problem in your subsequent pregnancy. Ultrasonography has already ruled out Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.

I hope this helps you.
