General Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient!
This Dr. Rajiv Ranjan, Gaya, Bihar,India answering your query.
As far as I understand from four account ,you have in incisional hernia not an umbilical hernia. You should undergo a laparoscopic repair. If the facilities of a laparoscopic repair is not available near by, an open repair with mesh plasty is good alternative.
The treatment is a bit complicated as there is a slight risk of infection and recurrence . Tell doctor to take care of these.
Thank you!
