Hi.
I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.

Frequent urination, abdominal & vaginal pain is typically seen in conditions like
- Urinary tract infection or STDs or vaginitis
- Kidney stones & Interstitial cystitis
- Ovarian cysts etc.

I advice you to
- Do urine routine & culture & Renal function test
- Take excess of fluid & syrup. Citralka to maintain the pH of urine.
- Take tab.norfloxacin for 5days
- if not subsiding in a week, take a USG pelvis for further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
