How To Treat Unicellular Protozoa Disease?

I have had a unicellular protozoa disease, manifesting in explosive diarrhea that lasted for about 48 hours. My gastroenterologist was out of town, so am starting treatment with a new medicine tomorrow. Is it safe for me to be with my very pregnant granddaughter? The flare-up is over now, and am taking the pills so it won t return. Very concerned about infecting her or anyone else. Please help!

Resepcted user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
* Management of protozoa disease varies depending upon the causative
species including antibiotics ,supportive care with life style changes
* Transmission is possible through cockroaches, filth flies , dung beetles
harboring human feces . So utmost precautions are mandatory as hygienic
parts are concerned to stay with granddaughter.
Hope this clears your doubts.
