How To Treat Tightness Of Stomach And Lower Back Pain?

Okay so the day before yesterday I was having tightness in my stomach it was super annoying but it stopped until just before I went to bed last night where there was a little bit of pain in stomach/side but that stopped after I got up in the morning as well as some mild back pain in the lower back and upper back but not in the middle. It only actually hurt if I was sitting in a spot that I felt would stretch my back anyway such as twisting or leaning to the side. I woke up today and was glad for an hour to not feel any of this however the back pain came back and now includes the middle portion of my back as well. My chest as in mostly the upper area of my chest its definitely not a heart thing I have ruled that out because it doesn t feel like its coming from the heart. However deep breaths hurt and small breaths are slightly uncomfortable I can feel almost a cold kind of pain from just below my throat to just above where my heart would be when normally breathing. Its like the kind of pain one gets from stretching where it could be classified as feeling good but a bit stronger to where its actually uncomfortable. It comes and goes but doesn t seem to decrease in how it feels or really increase either. I know it hurts to touch because there are several points on my chest and back that if I touch them it produces the same or greater degree of pain so I am thinking it might be some minor pulled muscles. I did use a massage instrument on my upper body and might have pressed too hard and that would explain the pain in the back and upper chest however the breathing I don t understand. I am a 22 year old male active enough to remain somewhat fit I have had pleurisy before which is what I thought this was at first. I am used to some chest pain and uncomfortable stuff in the chest region but not like this. I have family history of frequent headaches so that causes me to take at least 1000 mg of acetaminophen every week or so sometimes every other day. On a scale of pain this is 1 or a 2. Oh right I am about 6 1 and 190-200 pounds If you could tell me what this might be I would most appreciative

Hello,

* The current chest discomfort and abdomen with a backache sounds to be related to multiple issues as gastritis, anxiety and underlying stress from various reasons.

* Primary relief with deep breathing exercises, dietary measures and managing stress with meditations and relaxation techniques.

* There is no threat of cardiac issue and the same should be accepted with a positive mind.
