How To Treat The Condition Of Neurogenic Bowel Due To Paralysis?

I have a neurogenic bowel due to paralysis. Have hard stools, take stool softeners that help very little. Would like to know what I should eat to make my stools easier to pass. Is their medicine I can take daily or will I need to be on stool softners forever?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the neurological problem of intestinal peristalsis then you will have to wait till it is cured but till then you can try stool softener, and in diet eat more fiber containing diet, drink more water, Isabgol powder can be tried, hope this information helps.
